Curved Street in Temple Bar became the space for a microcosmic collaboration within the theme of interaction between people in a public space.

This installation a collaboration between Loove Broms and AFO consists of a series of five lungs (drawing from the botanical reference to the blade or expanded portion of a leaf) and was hung in the window of the Arthouse as part of the Darklight Film Festival. Made from everyday materials of plastic sheeting, card, an air compressor and LEDs it responded to the movement of passersby, filling each of its five lungs with air; the lungs inflating and stiffening the more people passed by or paused; in turn deflating as the outdoor activity lessened.

In this way, it functioned as a visual threshold between the street and the exhibition inside.

LaminAir was an installation in collaboration with Loove Broms; an Interactive Designer working in Stockholm, Sweden.
